Terms & Conditions
Haus Rewards points may be earned and redeemed in-store at participating Matcha Haus locations. Members must identify their rewards account at the time of purchase.
Points are earned on eligible purchases before tax, tips, fees and discounts. Retail matcha tins, gift cards, third-party delivery orders, wholesale orders and other excluded purchases do not earn points.
Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Rewards are subject to availability, may vary by location and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Points may be deducted or reversed for refunds, cancelled transactions, errors, fraud or misuse. Matcha Haus may suspend or close accounts where it reasonably believes the program has been abused.
Matcha Haus may update, modify, suspend or discontinue Haus Rewards, including its earning rates, redemption requirements, participating locations and available rewards. Where reasonably possible or legally required, notice of material changes will be provided. Existing points will be treated in accordance with applicable law.
Personal information collected through Haus Rewards will be handled in accordance with Matcha Haus’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
Haus Rewards and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
